                Initial Distribution to Shareholders 
 
 
Further to the announcement on 19 October 2009 regarding the  initial 
distribution to Shareholders, the Board announces that on 22  October 
2009 the Company acquired 36,596,245  Shares for cancellation by  way 
of a compulsory repurchase  of 80.2 per  cent. of each  Shareholder's 
holding of Shares, rounded down to the nearest whole number. 
 
Following this  compulsory  repurchase  the  Company's  issued  share 
capital consists  of 9,034,984  Ordinary Shares  with voting  rights. 
This figure may be  used by Shareholders as  the denominator for  the 
calculations by which  they will  determine if they  are required  to 
notify their interest  in, or  a change  to their  interests in,  the 
Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules. 
 
Dealings commenced in the remaining Shares under ISIN VGG476901134 at 
8:00am today. 
 
Based on  the estimated  net asset  value  of the  Company as  at  21 
October  2009  of  $255.5m  and  taking  into  account  the   initial 
distribution of  $205.3m to  Shareholders and  the associated  1  per 
cent. distribution fee, the  estimated pro forma  net asset value  of 
the Company following the initial distribution is $48.1m,  equivalent 
to $5.32 per Share.

in the Circular to  Shareholders dated 24  September 2009 unless  the 
context requires otherwise.
