In Cup Plus plc ("In Cup" or the "Company")


Nominated Adviser


The Board announces that Deloitte & Touche LLP will cease to act as the
Company's nominated adviser on 31 March 2008.  The Board is currently in
discussions with another nominated adviser with regard to the role, however if
these discussions are not successful and no other nominated adviser is appointed
by that time, the Company's shares will be suspended from trading on AIM from 1
April 2008.



In the event that a replacement nominated adviser is not found by 30 April 2008
In Cup's quotation on AIM will be cancelled.
