Hyder Consulting PLC ("Hyder") announces that at 8.00 a.m. today the UK Listing Authority delisted the Hyder Shares from the premium listing of the Official List of the UKLA and cancelled the admission to trading of the Hyder Shares on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities.

Capitalised terms, unless otherwise defined in this announcement, have the meanings given to them in the Scheme Document published on 2 September 2014.
