NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY AND CONNECTED PERSONS

On 30 November 2013, the Company granted an award of nil cost options under Part A of the Hyder Consulting PLC 2006 Long Term Incentive Plan (the "Plan") to the person discharging managerial responsibility listed below, to acquire ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Shares") up to the maximum number detailed below:
