Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company has today been notified that on Friday, 16th March 2012, Sir Alan Thomas, Chairman, disposed of 4,700 ordinary shares of 10p each in Hyder ("Hyder Shares") at a sale price of 401p per share and immediately acquired 4,700 Hyder Shares at a purchase price of 401p through a Bed and ISA arrangement. In addition, his spouse, through a Bed and ISA arrangement, sold 4,700 Hyder Shares at a sale price of 401p on Friday, 16(th) March and purchased 4,700 Hyder Shares at a purchase price of 401p today. Following these transactions, Sir Alan Thomas and his connected persons continue to hold 876,780 ordinary shares in the Company representing 2.27% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
