The Company was notified on 30 March that Mr Kevin Jones, a PDMR, sold 220,000 
ordinary shares of 10 pence each in Hyder, at a sale price of 235 pence per 
share. The disposal took place on 30 March and reduces his holding to 208,738 
ordinary shares, which amounts to 0.5440% of the issued ordinary share capital 
of the Company.
