The Company was notified today that, Ivor Catto, a Director, acquired 3,190 
ordinary shares of 10p each in Hyder on 2 March 2010 at a purchase price of 
223.95p per share and that his spouse today acquired 3,180 ordinary shares of 
10p each in Hyder at a purchase price of 222.47p per share. Following these 
transactions, Mr Catto and his connected persons hold 68,995 ordinary shares in 
the Company representing 0.1798% of the issued ordinary share capital of the 
Company.
