Director/PDMR Shareholding 
 
 
The Company was notified on 12 February 2010 that, Sir Alan Thomas, Chairman, 
acquired 575,473 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in Hyder on that day at a 
purchase price of 72 pence per share, following his exercising a share option 
approved by the shareholders at the time of the reverse takeover of the Company 
on 21 October 2002. Following this transaction, Sir Alan Thomas holds 876,780 
ordinary shares in the Company representing 2.286% of the enlarged issued share 
capital of the Company. 
 
Additional Listing and Total Voting Rights 
 
The Company confirms that applications will be made to the UK Listing Authority 
and the London Stock Exchange plc for a total of 575,473 ordinary shares of 10 
pence each, to be admitted to the Official List of the UKLA and the London Stock 
Exchange for trading.  It is expected that admission will occur and trading will 
commence on 19 February 2010. These shares will rank pari passu with the 
Company's existing issued ordinary shares. 
 
Following the above listing of these shares the issued share capital of the 
Company will be 38,360,320 ordinary shares of 10 pence each. Each ordinary share 
carries the right to one vote and none of the ordinary shares are held in 
treasury.  Therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company's share 
capital is 38,360,320. 
 
The above figures may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the 
calculations by which they determine if they are required to notify their 
interest in, or any change to their interest in, the share capital of Hyder 
under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
