The Company announces the sale of a residential property 47A Danehurst Street,
London, SW6 6SA for a cash consideration of #262,500. The property which had
been vacant for some time was carried in the company's accounts at a value of
#273,000.

There are now 4 residential properties in the Company's property portfolio.  The
funds will be applied to reduce the overdraft facility and for working capital
purposes.
