    Horizon Technology Group plc ("Horizon") announces that, in anticipation of Horizon's delisting which is expected to take place today,
28 July 2008, it has received and accepted the resignations of Samir Naji, Charles Garvey, Paul Kenny and Cathal O'Caoimh, as directors of
Horizon and has appointed Benedictus Borsboom, Eric Dieu, Raymond J Sadowski, and David Birk as directors of the Company. The resignations
all took effect from 25 July 2008.
