    HOLDING IN COMPANY


    In accordance with the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company received notification on 7 July
2008, from Dowgate Capital Plc ("Dowgate") that on 3 July 2008 it had sold 4,236,667 ordinary shares in the company, of which 370,000
ordinary shares were sold on behalf of its wholly owned subsidiary, Dowgate Capital Advisers Limited. Following this transaction, Dowgate no
longer holds a notifiable interest in the Company.

    The issued share capital of the Company is 51,336,666 ordinary shares of 0.125p each.
