    HOLLYWOOD MEDIA SERVICES PLC ("HOLLYWOOD" OR THE "COMPANY")

    HOLDING IN COMPANY


    In accordance with the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company received notification on 22 May,
from Prop Trading & Investments Ltd that on 20 May they had sold 3,100,000 ordinary shares in the company and on 21 May they sold a further
100,000 ordinary shares in the Company. Prop Trading and Investments Ltd's interest in the Company is now 4,666,667 ordinary shares in the
Company (with an equal amount of voting rights), representing approximately 9.21 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital. 

    On 22 May 2008, the Company was also notified that as a result of several purchases between 15 May and 22 May 2008, Neil Mehta had
acquired a total of 4,775,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 9.42 per cent. of the Company's issued share
capital.

    The issued share capital of the Company is 50,666,666 ordinary shares of 0.125p each.
