The Company received notification on 17 November 2009 that on that day, 
Westcombe Investments Ltd purchased 25,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in 
the Company ('Ordinary Shares').  As a result of this transaction Westcombe 
Investments Ltd and associates currently have a notifiable interest in 1,501,500 
Ordinary Shares representing 10.14 per cent of the issued share capital of that 
class. 
Norman Hay's capital consists of 14,811,750 Ordinary Shares, with voting rights. 
The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury.
