Allotment of Shares 
 
The Board of Henderson Morley, the AIM quoted biotechnology company, has today 
allotted a further 250,000 new ordinary shares in relation to an application 
received before the closing date of the Company's recent Share Offering at a 
price of 0.25p, and 100,000 bonus shares in relation to applications from 
Existing Shareholders who were not identified as such at the time of the close 
of the Offer. Application has been made for the 350,000 Shares to be admitted to 
trading on AIM, which is expected on 15 July 2009.
