For the purposes of the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and 
Transparency Rules, the Company's total issued share capital as at 30 January 
2009 is US$287,341.07 and consists of 28,734,107 shares of common stock of 
US$0.01 each, each of which carries one voting right. No shares of common stock 
are held in treasury. 
 
The total number of voting rights at that date is therefore 28,734,107. This 
figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by 
which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a 
change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency 
Rules.
