Change in currency of London Stock Exchange quotation

HipCricket, the pioneering mobile marketing company, announces that with effect from 1st July 2008, the currency quoted by the London
Stock Exchange for trades in the Company's shares of common stock will change to U.S. dollars (US$) from pence sterling (GBX).
