Proposed voluntary winding-up of the Company

At the Extraordinary General Meeting held earlier today, the resolution was
passed to wind up voluntarily the Company.


It is expected that a copy of the EGM resolution will be filed with H.M.
Greffier in Guernsey on 19 March 2004, at which time the Liquidators will become
appointed.
