GVM Metals Limited ("the Company") announces that on 14 November 2007 Nonkqubela
Noloyiso Mazwai, deputy managing director of the Company, sold 56,250 ordinary
shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") for A$85,119.

Following the sale, Nonkqubela Noloyiso Mazwai has a direct and indirect
interest in 26,037,399 Ordinary Shares representing 12.0 per cent. of the
Company's issued share capital.

In addition, on 14 November 2007 Nchakha Darius Moloi, non-executive director of
the Company, sold 68,750 Ordinary Shares in the Company for A$104,034.

Following the sale, Nchakha Darius Moloi has a direct and indirect interest in
28,707,416 Ordinary Shares representing 13.2 per cent. of the Company's issued
share capital.
