Limited, a substantial shareholder in the Company, has sold 252,268 ordinary
shares in the company, reducing its stake to 495,000 ordinary shares,
representing 3.75% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital, following the
sale on 12 September 2007 at 26.5p per share.
