                          Notification of Interest


The Company announces that it received notification from Goldman Sachs Group,
Inc on 28 March 2008 that on 26 March 2008 Goldman Sachs International had an
interest in 4,465,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p each in the Company, representing
6.11% of the issued share capital of the Company.



This represents the entire holding of Goldman Sachs International in the issued
share capital of the Company.



The total number of the Company's ordinary shares in issue is 73,074,952.
