Gold Frost (ticker: GLF), the designer, developer and distributor of kosher
chilled, frozen and dairy food products was today notified that G. Willi-Food
International Ltd. purchased 1,061,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the
Company at an average price of 20p per share. As a result, G. Willi-Food
International Ltd. now owns 47,565,285 ordinary shares representing 89.99% of
the total voting rights of the Company.
