Gold Frost (AIM: GLF) the designer, developer and distributor of kosher
chilled, frozen and dairy food products today announces that the Company's
Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at the offices of the Company at 3
Nahal Snir Street, Yavne, Israel, 81224 at 2:00 p.m. Israeli time on 25 October
2006. The Notice of AGM and form of proxy are being posted to shareholders
today.
