Suspension of reclassified shares 
 
Pursuant to the proposed reconstruction of the Company which was approved by 
Shareholders on 29 November 2010 dealings in the reclassified shares has been 
suspended ahead of the implementation of the Proposals. 
 
Subject to approval by Shareholders of the Resolution at the Second General 
Meeting of the Company on 10 December 2010 the listing of the Reclassified 
Shares will be cancelled at 07:30 on 11 December 2011.
