Result of Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM")

Griffin, the US based investment banking, financial advisory, brokerage and
research services company, announces that the ordinary resolutions to increase
the authorised share capitak and to grant the directors authority to allot
shares under Section 80 of the Companies Act 1985, together with the special
resolution to disapply statutory pre-emption rights under Section 95 of the
Companies Act 1985 were duly passed at the EGM of the Company held earlier
today.
