Further to an announcement issued by the Company on 26 November, 2009 in 
connection with the proposed disposal of certain assets of getmobile AG, the 
Company has today posted a document to Shareholders containing a notice of EGM 
and setting out the background to the proposed disposal and the reasons why the 
Board is recommending Shareholders to approve the proposed disposal at the EGM 
(the "Circular"). 
 
 
The EGM is convened to be held at 12.00 p.m. on 15 December 2009 at the offices 
of Eversheds LLP, 1 Wood Street, London EC2V 7WS, United Kingdom. 
 
 
Pursuant to Rule 20 of the AIM Rules, the Circular is available for inspection
