Golf Club Holdings PLC ("the Company")

At the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company and Separate
Class Meeting of the holders of the Company's deferred shares,
the resolutions approving the proposed reduction of capital and
associated matters were duly passed.  The Company's preference
shareholders have given their approval to the proposals by means
of a written consent.  The Company is now proceeding with the
application to the High Court for its confirmation of the
reduction of capital.
