    Directors Shareholding

    FoaMasters International Limited ("the Company") has been advised that Mr. Hugh Bevan, a non-executive director of the Company,
purchased 70,000 ordinary shares of US$0.01 in the Company, at 24.0 pence per ordinary share earlier today.

    Following the acquisition, Hugh Bevan now holds 70,000 ordinary shares in the Company representing 0.08 per cent of its issued ordinary
share capital.
