The Royal Court in Guernsey has confirmed that, following the passing of a
Special Resolution at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on 26 August
1999, the name of Finsbury International Hedge Investment Company Limited will
change to Finsbury Alternative Investment Strategies Limited with effect from
17 September 1999.
