Kenya fluorspar DISPOSAL

LONDON, UK -- (Marketwire - 27 November 2012)

Fluormin Plc (AIM: FLOR) announces that pursuant to an agreement entered into on 9 March 2012, whereby the Company sold its 20% interest in Kenya Fluorspar Company Limited for an aggregate sale price of US$13 million (the "Consideration"), the outstanding balance of the Consideration equating to US$6.5 million has now been received by the Company and the sale satisfactorily completed.
