LONDON, UK - Fluormin Plc (AIM: FLOR) announces that it has today posted its Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 30 June 2012 (the "Annual Report"), together with a notice of its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") to shareholders. The Annual Report will be made available on the Company's website shortly.

The AGM will be held at the offices of the Company's solicitors, Fasken Martineau LLP at Third Floor, 17 Hanover Square, London, W1S 1HU on 30 November 2012 at 10.00 am.
