The Company gives notice that the Annual General Meeting of the Company will be 
held at the offices of Financial Dynamics, Holborn Gate, 26 
Southampton Buildings, London, WC2A 1PB at 11.00 am on 9 June 2009.  The 2008 
Annual Report and Accounts of the Company and the Notice of the Annual General 
Meeting have been sent out to those shareholders who have opted to receive 
postal communications. All other shareholders have been notified by letter of 
the availability of the documents on the Company's website. 
 
 
A copy of the 2008 Annual Report and Account and the Notice of Annual General 
Meeting is available to view on the Company's website (www.freedom4group.com) 
and copies of the 2008 Annual Report and Accounts may also be obtained from the 
Company's registrars: Capita Registrars, Northern House, Woodsome Park,
