      Fenner acquires the assets of Winfield Industries, Inc. ("Winfield")

Fenner, through its wholly owned subsidiary, Fenner Precision, Inc is pleased to
announce the acquisition today of substantially all of the operating assets and
liabilities of Winfield.

Fenner acquired gross assets of $4.78 million from Winfield which is a privately
owned corporation based in Buffalo, New York, USA. Winfield produces specialised
polymer products for the global office automation and industrial markets.

Mark Abrahams, CEO of Fenner PLC commented that "Winfield is recognised as a

applications. Its products are naturally complementary to the existing products
