Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange and the Official List for
the admission of 1,100,528 new ordinary shares of 25p each ("Ordinary Shares")
under the Block Listing Facility


The shares are being reserved under a block listing in respect of the Long Term
Share Incentive Plan and an Executive Share Option Scheme as follows:


When issued, these shares will rank pari passu with existing Ordinary Shares.


Executive Share Option Scheme           800,528 shares
Long Term Share Incentive Plan          300,000 shares



It is expected that Admission will occur on the 25th October 2006.
