Holding in Company

Pursuant to section 198 of the Companies Act 1985 the Company received
notification on 11 September 2006 that Pershing Keen Nominees Limited ("PKN")
and Pershing Securities Limited ("PSL") disposed of their holding of
122,905,952 shares in the Company with effect from 5 September 2006 and that
subsequent to this disposal PKN and PSL no longer have a notifiable interest in
the Company.
