1st Dental Laboratories Plc ("the Company") has been notified by Cenkos Channel 
Islands Nominee Company Ltd that, on 12 February 2010, it acquired a further 
1,639,439 ordinary shares in the Company on behalf of Praxis Trustees Limited as 
Trustee of the DNY Trust, an interest associated with Mr Wayne Bos. This takes 
their total holding to 7,200,000 representing 17.14% of the issued share capital 
of the Company.
