Director / PDMR shareholdings

The Company has been informed that on 18^th April 2016 Paul Nokes, a PDMR of the Company, called 2,056 and 1,721 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company on the vesting of his 2012 and 2013 awards (including associated dividend equivalent awards) respectively under the Fidessa group plc Deferred Annual Bonus Plan. All 3,777 of the shares have been sold at 2435.0p. Following this notification his shareholding is 85,152 ordinary shares in the issued share capital of the Company, constituting 0.22% of the issued share capital.
