Fidessa group plc ("the Company") 
 
                         Director / PDMR shareholdings 
 
The Company has been informed that on 20th March 2015 the 2012 awards and 
associated dividend equivalent awards granted to Mark Ames, a PDMR of the 
Company, under the Fidessa group plc Deferred Annual Bonus Plan vested and were 
automatically exercised. Mark Ames was entitled to receive 2,096 ordinary 
shares in the capital of the Company. 920 of the shares have been sold at 2240p 
each in order to settle sales costs and tax owed in connection with that 
vesting. Following this notification his shareholding is 173,987 ordinary 
shares in the issued share capital of the Company, constituting 0.46% of the 
issued share capital.
