                         Director / PDMR shareholdings

The Company has been notified that on 19th September 2014, Paul Stephens, a
PDMR of the Company, sold 3,750 ordinary shares in the Company at an average
price of 2368.69p each and a person connected to Paul Stephens sold 1,250
ordinary shares in the Company at an average price of 2329.31p each. Following
this notification his shareholding is 71,198 ordinary shares in the issued
share capital of the Company, constituting 0.19% of the issued share capital.
