Scheme,  application has been made to the London Stock Exchange
for a blocklisting of 271,624 Ordinary shares of 5p each to be
admitted to the official list upon exercise of options. The
Shares rank pari passu with the existing issued shares of the
Company.

period of 2 business days from the date hereof and from The
