name has been changed, with effect from 2 March 2012, to:

This name change was registered with Companies House on 2 March 2012. 
 
The Company's TIDM code will change to DIVO. 
 
Change of Manager 
 
Further to the announcement made by the Company on 31 January 2012, the Board 
confirms that Downing LLP has been appointed as the Company's investment 
manager with effect from 1 March 2012. 
 
The registered office of the Company has now also changed to 10 Lower Grosvenor 
Place, London SW1W 0EN.
