    ("the Company")

    REDUCTION OF CAPITAL

    Expomedia Group plc, the AIM quoted media group with interests in exhibitions, conferences, venue management and related publishing, is
pleased to announce that, at a hearing heard earlier today, the High Court granted an order confirming the reduction in the Company's share
premium account by �20,000,000, as approved by shareholders at the Company's annual general meeting on 8 May 2008. 

    Subject to an office copy of the order being registered by Companies House, it is expected that the reduction will become effective on
26 June 2008.
