    Resignation of Director
    The Board announces that, following completion of the appointment of Foresight Group LLP as the investment adviser to the Company, and
in anticipation of the merger with Foresight 3 VCT plc, Raymond Abbott has decided to step down as a director of the Company and the Board
has accepted his resignation as a director effective from 30 June 2008. Raymond Abbot has been fully supportive of the recent changes,
including the pursuit of the merger opportunity and the Board takes this opportunity to thank him for his continued support and commitment
to the Company since appointment.
