                             Director Shareholding

The Company was informed on 15 April 2008 that on 15 April 2008, John Croft, the
Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, purchased 500,000 ordinary shares in the
Company through his pension trust at 2.75p each. Mr. Croft now holds 952,415
ordinary shares in the Company, representing 0.34 per cent. of the issued share
capital and total voting rights. Mr. Croft also holds 500,000 options in the
Company. No further options were granted to Mr. Croft.
