Power Corporation announced today that it is changing the listing
of its common stock from the American Stock Exchange to The NASDAQ
Stock Market LLC(R). Effective December 21, 2007, Environmental
Power's common stock will trade on the NASDAQ Capital Market under
the symbol NASDAQ: EPG. "This decision was reached after careful
consideration of capital market alternatives and analysis of the
