that EPE director Simon Littlewood acquired 100,000 ordinary 5p shares in the
Company ("Shares"), of which 24,025 were acquired at 6.15p and 35,975 at 6.40p
per share.  Following the acquisition, Simon Littlewood holds 100,000 Shares,
equal to 0.22% of the Company.
