                       INVESTEE CHINESE COMPANY FOR OFEX



EuropAsia Education plc ("EPE") announces that its investee company, Dalian
Business Institute Ltd ("DBIL"), a Chinese educational facilities management
group, has applied to list on Ofex, with the anticipated first day of trading 23
May 2006, and has successfully raised the #1.5 million funding it was seeking.



The market capitalisation on listing will be approximately #20 million, which
will put it in the top 20 stocks on Ofex by market capitalisation.  Jersey
incorporated DBIL has a 25 year management contract to run the Dalian Business
Institute ("DBI") in Liaoning Province, China.



DBI specialises in business and arts subjects, and has over 5,000 students.  The
funds raised by DBIL will be used as working capital, as it seeks to expand its
facilities to meet growing demand for its courses.



EPE holds a 12 per cent stake in DBIL, which it acquired for #1.1 million, and
George Allnutt and Victor Ng, EPE directors, are on the Board of DBIL.



EPE Chairman, James Holmes, said:  "This is the second of our Chinese
investments to go to Ofex, following the successful performance of China
Education Group which has seen a more than doubling in the value of our original
investment at current market prices."
