The Company has today been informed that on 11 March 2002, Owen Anderson sold
250,000 ordinary shares at 5.25p each and on 12 March 2002 sold 250,000 ordinary
shares at 5p each. Owen Anderson now holds 5,135,275 ordinary shares of 1p each,
representing 6.67% of the issued share capital.
