The Company received a notification on 13th June 2006 from the Trustees of the
Electric Word plc Share Incentive Trust, informing it that the Trustees
purchased 566,438 ordinary shares at 9.1029p per share.

The Trustees' total interest represents 0.72% of the Company's issued ordinary
share capital.

Following the transactions made by the Trust on 13th June 2006, the following
