Completion of acquisition

Further to the announcements made by Enables IT on 4 November 2013 and the passing of the resolutions at the GM on 20 November 2013, the Group is pleased to announce that it has now completed the acquisition of the business and assets of Know Technology, LLC.

Following the admission of the 738,757 consideration shares, there will be 26,065,858 Ordinary Shares in issue. This number may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company.
