The Board of Enables IT, the AIM quoted provider of network and IT solutions, 
announces the planned resignation of M Barney Battles as Non-Executive Chairman 
of the Company to pursue his other extensive business interests. 
 
Mike Walliss, current Chief Executive Officer of the Company, will assume the 
position of Executive Chairman, on an interim basis, with immediate effect. 
 
Mike Walliss, Executive Chairman, commented: 
 
"It was always Barney's intention to stand down from the Board once the 
integration of the Enables IT and Nexus Management businesses had reached an 
advanced stage. 
 
On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Barney for all his help and 
support relating to the acquisition of Enables IT, the previous restructuring 
of the Nexus Management PLC business and to also wish him every success in his 
future endeavours."
